We’re proudly based in Indiana.
Our brand is inspired by the grit, movement, and work ethic that defines the Crossroads. All Indy Apparel items are custom made or limited-run.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Shipping time: shown at checkout. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if needed).
We’ll review it and work toward a fair solution.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Processing TimeOnce received and inspected, exchanges are processed within 72 hours.Refund PolicyWe do not issue refunds.If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, we’re happy to help you exchange it.But once purchased and delivered, refunds are not available.We’ll work with you to make sure you’re satisfied — but refunds are not part of our policy.
